Return & Exchange Policy
Customer Satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase simply return it with the original receipt to our store within 30 days for an exchange or store credit.
All return items must be in new, unused condition with all tags still attached. Any prepackaged items must still be in the original package with all original documentation included.
Special Orders & Custom Items
All sales are considered final on Special Orders & Custom Items. No return or exchanges will be allowed. This includes embroidered items, custom jewelry, custom hair bows, custom bedding, and furniture.
Sale Items
All sales are final on Sale items. Any item marked 10% off original price or greater are considered sale items. Exchanges of exact item but for different size will be allowed if within 7 days and required size is in stock. Sale items cannot be returned for store credit, gift certificates, or exchanged other than a size exchange as noted previously.
Holiday & Special Occasion Items
Holiday or special occasion items are accepted for size exchange or store credit only within 7 days of purchase but are not accepted within 10 days of date of holiday date for any type of refund. Example Christmas is December 25 so all exchanges must take place on or before December 15.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you purchased an item that included free shipping the shipping cost will be deducted from the return credit.
Promotional Discounts
If the item being returned was purchased with a promotional discount (i.e. buy 1 and get a second half off) and you do not meet the criteria for the discount after the return your return credit will be adjusted accordingly.
Price Adjustments
Price adjustments are offered on full priced merchandise if it goes on sale within 14 days of the initial purchase date. For example, if you purchase an item on Friday and it goes on sale the following week you can bring your receipt in during the sale to receive a store credit for the adjusted amount. Price adjustments are not offered on sale or discounted merchandise that was further discounted.
Warranty
We cannot directly accept returns on items that were damaged while worn/washed, shrunk in the wash, or did not hold up well after being worn without first obtaining credit from the manufacturer. If you have an item purchased from our store you feel should be replaced due to defect or poor workmanship we will work with the manufacture to determine if they will warranty/replace the item.
Try and then Return Orders
Orders placed for multiple similar items and/or multiple sizes of the same item in order to “try and then return” will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. We reserve the right to cancel such orders.
Refusal of Shipment
If you refuse your shipment upon delivery, there will be a 25% restocking fee assessed on the return credit.
Shipping Issues
If there are issues with your order please contact us within 3 business days to file a claim.
NOTE: A Return Authorization number is required on ALL returns. Please call us at 501.513.1133 to obtain a Return Authorization number. Be sure the RA number is clearly marked on the outside of the package. Returns without and RA number will be refused.
